How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart and place your order. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp or phone before it ships.
Can I see a piece on a video call before buying?

How long does delivery take?
Ready pieces ship quickly and fully insured. Made-to-order pieces take longer; we tell you the date when you confirm.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
You can return a piece within 30 days, and exchange it for a new design at any time. See our returns and exchange pages for details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Our monthly savings plan lets you pay 10 instalments and we add the 11th.
Do you resize rings?
Yes, most rings can be resized at the showroom. Tell us your size when you order.
